When you use Resumiq, we may collect the following:

• Account info: Email address and name (when you sign up).
• Resume files: PDF/DOCX files you upload for optimization.
• Job descriptions: URLs or text you provide for job matching.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, optimization count.

Your data is used solely to provide the Resumiq service:

• To optimize your resume and generate scores.
• To generate cover letters and LinkedIn summaries.
• To improve our AI models and user experience.

We do NOT sell your data to third parties. Ever.

All data is stored securely using Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit. Your resume files are stored in secure cloud storage with access controls.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon deletion, all your resume files, optimization history, and personal information are permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

We use essential cookies only — for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies.
